Archery is one of the oldest arts still practiced today. It’s history will not only take you through a journey of the evolution of archery but also mankind. Evidence of ancient archery has been found throughout the world. Some of the earliest evidence dates to the late Paleolithic period, between 8,000-10,000BC, when the Egyptian and neighboring Nubian cultures used bows and arrows for hunting and warfare.
